• Please notify Kirsi Kallio () of your decision regarding your annual spot by March 25, 2023
• Annual membership fees must be paid by the end of May, preferably at the office cashier’s desk, but you can also pay by bank transfer (FI 4554 1404 2000 7949), with the reference “annual fee + name.”
• Contract signing events will be held during the spring; specific dates will be announced separately. Annual contracts should be signed by the end of May. Seasonal parking agreements must be signed no later than upon arrival at the site. A vehicle inspection is required for a new contract to be approved.
• Electricity must be paid monthly in accordance with the terms of the contract, based on the meter reading. The electricity meter reading for each car will be checked during the spring.
• A new absorption field will be dug this spring. The exact date will be announced later. There may be interruptions in the water supply during construction.
• During the winter, the shared sauna hours are Friday 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., and Wednesday and Saturday 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Outside of the summer season (Oct. 1 – Mar. 31), the barrel sauna is available for free use by residents of the trailer park. This year, we’re extending the free usage period until April 15. You can reserve the private sauna outside of the shared sauna hours; payment is made at the front desk. Please remember to clean up the sauna and washrooms after use. Due to high energy costs, we recommend using the barrel sauna during the winter.
• A WhatsApp group has been created to announce winter sauna times, with the aim of targeting this information to those visiting the area during the winter. Please contact Toni Loiske (cell: 0400574002) to be added to the group.
